3. Electricity - 2.5 k (max)

4. Food/ Groceries - 4k

5. Cleaning Lady - 1.5 K

6. Gym - 2.5 k/m (max)

To save on money you can also use the clubhouse gym in whichever society you take a flat in. Maintenance charges will be added to the above calculation
