How is shinoj koshi's team to work with. Does he give ppo's and consider for call-back/assesment?

Yes, he does. Work wise it is okay enough. He is patient enough to point out your mistakes carefully at least once. Demand wise it is like any T1 firm team, you're supposed to available round the clock.

How to ask him for an assessment/call-back?

If he finds your work to be good, then he will do it on his own.

Most of the work I got is from associates under him and not directly from him! that's why i am asking how should I approach him?
