I've heard ALG is expanding, they're taking in trainees, the form is a bit lengthy though. There are a few smaller places that are also hiring. Honestly, I haven't seen IP places hire as much, but if you're on the lookout you'll find a few places. Helps to know people in some of these firms, those who are in a similar boat as you.
