What is up with the proof of residence in NCR requirement for enrolment with the Delhi Bar Council? Are they still asking for it or has it been done away with it? If it's still being insisted upon, how do non-Delhi people looking to start litigating in Delhi get themselves enrolled here?

If you know any other hacks to ease/simplify the enrolment process, please let me know.

Get an affidavit from a Delhi enrolled lawyer stating that you live with them.

Ohh chacha ! Now have to give you're Aadhar & voter ID detail which must show that you're ncr resident.

Get a rent agreement for the place you're staying at in Delhi.
