Frankly, this is an appalling waste of taxpayer’s money and identity politics of the most perverse kind. Bihar is India’s poorest state and needs money to improve government hospitals, primary schools etc. If you need to appease OBC students for vote bank politics, fund them for LLMs in India instead.
And good to see that it is being provided to OBC students where there is a concept of creamy layer so only the needy are getting the aid. Not some SC/ST kid whose dad is an IAS officer
