How do I transition into a lawfirm if I am working in-house as of now? Went to a tier 2 NLU and has 2 years PQE. Applying directly to the HR email on lawfirm websites seem to return only an automated email. Recruiters are not really an option as I can't seem to find a lot of recruiters looking for TMT lawyers. Will emailing partners directly work? Is there any other way?

Do not try to make the shift at this stage but do it at a time where you bring your existing company as a client to the lawfirm. Thats how it works with ICICI, Mumbai and WIPRO, Bangalore people in general.
