I have a little query. A friend of mine faked internships in their CV and bagged an internship at a tier 1. Do these people not conduct background checks? If yes, then how?

Nobody really cares. There are a lot of people who just get the certificate made and not one person bothers to do the verification. A very rough verification is done at the recruitment stage at these firms but nope - nobody cares to be very honest

Yep. I got caught once at T1 and guess I'm blacklisted. If youre from mlu you'd be blacklisted from rcc too

Dont worry, just make find someone with an internship certificate from that firm and edit the pdf to add your name. It is super easy. I may or may not have done it a few times xd
