No. Career judges are elevated to the high court towards the very end of their career, so further elevation to even chief justice of high court is almost impossible, let alone further elevation to SC.

You need to work as a litigation advocate at a high court, work the collegium judges with sufficient butter, and get nominated directly to the HC. It's hard but not impossible.
