Considering applying to their corporate practice as an A2. Is there anyone who can share some insights regarding pay scale, work culture, team size, and quality of work?
Not sure about pay scale as I’m in a diff team but would be under 1L pm. Team is fairly small - 4 to 5 members only. Work culture is okay…not toxic but also not friendly. The Partner, Mr. Bhatia, is the best thing about the team. He’s a jolly good fellow and a great mentor. Quality of work is what you’d expect from any tier 2 firm. No big deals but they do have a lot of work.
Quality and amount of work may depend month wise - usually moderate.
Pay scale is really low - just enough to pay rent and utility bills.
