Currently working in a small team where role include general corporate law advisory, some bits of M&A and labour and employment practice.

Planning to move to a bigger team - received offers to join a core labour and employment law team. Many people have suggested that it’s a good and evolving area of practice with less competition and therefore should be considered. But this would mean leaving corporate M&A completely. Please advise!
L&E is a growing practice but firms like IndusLaw, NDA, Trilegal & Khaitan are doing amazing work. M&A is anyways a saturated market now, I see people shifting to Banking/Funds/White Collar/L&E nowadays instead of the typical PE-VC/M&A role. Go for it!
