First of all, Rhodes and TC are not "non law" options. Secondly, UPSC cannot be #1. These day most UPSC rankers are from small colleges in North India, who cram for the exam from the age of 16. So it's not as elite and prestigious as before. The ranking should be (if I include Rhodes and TC):

1. Rhodes

2. TC

3. Top US B School MBA

4.Top UK or Europe B School MBA

5. IIM A/B/C

6. UPSC
