I am working in a law firm, where everyone is CS, besides me and I think my work is underappreciated and sometimes management made me feel inferior, what to do.......... I am a fresher and its my first job if i leave this job in just 6 months will it make a bad impact on my cv.
If you feel that your skillset is not much appreciated and the workplace is getting toxic for you to sustain, then it is better you look for a change. I switched from my first job within 5 month and joined much better company wherein I worked for 1 year and again switched. If you have confidence over your skillset, then don't think twice. Also, you will get a decent hike.
