I have heard from someone in NLS that recently a girl was caught in the boy's hostel with a guy. How common is it in NLUs and what are the repercussions?

Happens all the time and it's time it was allowed. I went to the UK on exchange. The hostel was co-ed and a boy could have a girl over for the night (or vice versa) as long as you signed the guest register. For stays longer than one night a guest charge was levied.

Didn't know that NLUs follow UK norms now. Did you leave your sense of logic behind during that exchange programme?

Happens very often. Even on holidays, my friends used to sneak in women they met on bumble in their rooms during the day. I mean isn't it pretty much known? Sneaking in a girl is the least that happened every day. People have done worse and trust me it's screwed up.
