As for your higher average salary, it is sad that neither you nor your teachers or admin know enough maths to figure out that average is different from median. Maybe AILET doesn't need you to calculate at all, though your admin should be better at calculations considering it has to count all that money it swindles out of law aspirants every years.

You can keep bashing AILET all you like, but let's be honest, you wrote AILET, didn't get through. If you were writing AILET and CLAT today, you would prefer NLUD over NUJS, that's also a fact. Do mention how NUJS now also has some scam forensic science BSc LLB which will increase their batch size even further and deteriorate student quality. 1. NLUD students never call out those falsehood or bad practices, but instead keep defending those on LI. Which makes them complicit and responsible.

3. As for the BSc LLB course, keep passing judgment on it, which is typical knee jerk reaction and hatred from NLUD trolls about a course that's even to start. But your AILET is actually a swindle activity every year. And even reduced placement scene at NUJS is far better than NLUD placement, which everyone in the industry knows including NLUD trolls.

Actually it seems like it's the rival NLU students who are so bitter about NLUD getting a high NIRF rank. You ▮▮▮ are the ones keeping NLUD relevant. On one side, you preach to everyone that NIRF doesn't matter and is unreliable, but then when you see your college get a lower rank, you get very butt-hurt and come here to spam about false data even though you have some 1-2 instances and are extrapolating the rest.

Let me give you a reality check - NLUD has ranked above NUJS and NALSAR even in the past when its placement data was accurate. Back then you guys had some other lame arguments to claim that NLUD doesn't deserve second place. Maybe focus on overcoming your insecurities before slandering other law schools. Also, you cannot prove by your limited knowledge of quant, that NUJS submitted correct data for all parameters. A place like NUJS getting a higher score in research (even though the impact of their publications is much less) clearly shows that you're conveniently picking data to bash another college and unverifiably claim that all their data is false.

No not for a year. Lemme tell you how this works.

1. For Harvard you can pursue the exchange but only for a semester. There is no particular eligibility criteria per se(ofc you have to be in your 4th year to say the least). The batch toppers are usually preferred(1-3). You have to take a special faculty letter for the course you want your credits transferred for that semester. It’s very selective and sometimes lol even no one is selected. Usually only one person ends up going. It’s that selective.

2. Now for other universities like SOAS , UVirginia , LSE and Dartmouth you can transfer for an entire year. The university will pay 20% of that equivalent tuition fee if you are selected. And the rest depends upon you. This can start from the 4th year as well. I for instance spent an entire semester at UCL.

NLUD, the only NLU to officially submit false data to authorities year after year.

Also the only NLU to hold a sham of an entrance exam to fraudulently extort money out of thousands of law aspirants every year.

Also the only NLU to keep shouting about its amazing research output and then get marked low on research publication quality when checked by third party sources.

Also the only NLU to have its VC run away in the middle of his tenure and join a rival NLU.

Finally, the only NLU not to know the difference between mean and median.

Which is why they hold their exam before CLAT and get the admission fees in before aspirants would know their CLAT ranks, just like an opportunist private university only interested in money grabbing. No matter how much you trolls try, the fact remains that NLUD engages in some deeply problematic practices regularly, and as law students, you ought to call those out instead of glorifying or justifying those.

“Problematic practice” is that the guy commenting didn’t crack AILET. Other NLU grads have been saying for years that AILET is non-transparent since it’s only for one NLU but here’s the real facts: they call took AILET and failed to get in.

And honestly, AILET has always been a much higher quality exam than the CLAT. That’s why NLUD students have risen above every CLAT law school except for NLS which has a legacy advantage.

Holding a separate entrance exam just to make money to the detriment of thousands of law aspirants.

Holding it deliberately before CLAT to make students commit to NLUD without knowing all their options, like a predatory private university.

Lacking transparency in the result declaration and not providing opportunities to challenge the results unlike CLAT.

Churning out repeatedly false data about placements, faculty year after year.

Not taking steps about allegations of discrimination and sexual harassment made by students from multiple batches. Instead, the students have been pressurised to withdraw their complaints.

Nepotism in appointing people from the family of the ex registrar and current VC to positions, and penalising the faculty who dared to challenge that.

Another troll that knows nothing about NLUD but harps on about the supposed immorality AILET, NIRF and now some fake crap about sexual harassment. Clearly, you couldn’t get in and your frustrations are boiling over. Atleast don’t make it look like other NLUs don’t have similar issues of nepotism and scams.

RS was VC of NALSAR and promoted the place similarly in its initial days, that’s why it did so well as to match up to NLS in a short while whereas NLIU Bhopal, a college of the same age, was never considered in that league. And places like NUJS and NLUJ are governed way worse than NLUD administratively.

And as far as AILET goes, we are entitled to it because it’s not a rule to join CLAT, and we’re a good enough law school that it’s worth paying for a separate exam just for NLUD, and this proven by the fact that nearly every serious CLAT aspirant will appear for AILET. We’re not forcing them to, so stop being so bitter. And it takes time and money for NLUD to organise AILET and keep the standard high, unlike CLAT which always has some scam.

Half the people who sit for CLAT sit for AILET and somehow without knowing any of them, you already know that those are the only serious law aspirants.
