At a time lots of LI posters are discussing about MBA options, this is a very interesting piece of news. The typical MBA grad is usually a finance or tech bro. But this shows a clear trend that B schools abroad prefer not only women, but also women with different backgrounds. One might think that modelling is not a "brainy" profession like tech or banking, but in fact there are lots of business opportunities within the profession. I think B schools may also prefer law grads who go beyond the CAM/SAM route. For example, law grad who have started businesses, NGOs, work as policy professionals or journalists etc.
It will also be good if we can have some examples of law grads doing MBAs from Harvard, Stanford etc. What are their backgrounds?
