I am currently about to start my fourth year in an NLU with decent repute. My grades aren't the best, so I don't think getting an LLM right after college is an option for me. Something I have heard a lot is that if I get some work experience in a tier one here, I can then apply for an LLM abroad and have a more realistic chance of getting in. Is that true? If it is not true, what should my approach be? Furthermore, even if that is true, will an LLM even help me land a decent job abroad? Whenever I try to look for content relating to working abroad, the advice given is quite general. I would appreciate answers with more specifics, so I can at least have a vague idea of the steps I need to take to get a job abroad.
By "abroad" I basically mean Europe and America, but if you know about other countries with similar standards of living that offer similar levels of pay, I would really appreciate information regarding those countries as well.
