Sorry but really bad news.Your entering Trilegal at one of its worst times frankly, it wasn't this bad a firm earlier.Too many new partners and associates, loyalties forgotten, old hands being shown the door, others being back queued for the new blue eyed boys,new politics and client handling chaos with dights to retain clients and not share or "DELEGATE" to new PAs or salaried partners.....total madness......bad times, you cant expect any "good" teams...prep for hard times is the best advice no matter how "good" a team assigned to you

Don’t know about the best but might help you with elimination. Kindly avoid Bhakta or Brajendu’s team (and Albin Thomas too now that he’s become a partner). No learning, feeling of exclusion/being unwanted, SAs have their own coterie and don’t let you in. Basically no team integration. Teams are not pulling much business (all good Cap Marks deals are done by Richa’s team). High attrition- all A0s have left after their notice period.
