Can anyone tell me the proper format or how one should write answers to legal question given for the post of Law Researcher under High Court judge ?
Ps. - Pls tell me if I can post the question here and could get the proper way of putting the answer. However, have written the answer starting with little explanation of law then judgments and mentioning the relevant part of the judgment. Concluding a bit at the end. I cant make submission of have used only case laws. Is this correct ?
