Focus on internships. Nothing beats practical experience

Apply to previous internships for an assessment then ask for a PPO (Seems highly unlikely in tier 1 and 2 firms kyoki hiring is over, but if your threshold is 6lpa, try boutique firms)

Will my marks affect my job prospects if I'm not in the top 10-20% of my batch but have 7-8 months of practical experience through internships in the domain alongwith a couple of good publications? I'll be graduating from CLC in 2024 so I need to know if I should now focus on getting a first division or hands-on experience to land a good job (atleast 6 LPA).
