"Neutral" definition lol. Unless he is defining something from the physical sciences like the width of an atom, there is no such thing as a neutral definition. Even defining the width of an atom can depend on what framework you use, the units you use, the equipment used to measure it, the model of the atom you accept etc. Even scientists say there is no "neutral" definition of anything.
