Biden tweeted today: "We kept our promise to put the first Black woman on the Supreme Court, and we’ve appointed more Black women to the federal circuit courts than all previous presidents combined—and we’re not done yet."
He doesn't even mention the name of the SCOTUS judge and other judges or comment on their qualifications and merit to hold the post. He also doesn't comment about prioritising the appointment of Indian-American, Taiwanese-American, Vietnamese-American etc women judges. Just black women judges. So he seems to be pandering only to a race that is electrically significant and a loyal Democratic votebank.
