I have about 14 years of work ex, and have worked with Big law firms in the past. Now I work as a independent practitioner (since past 2 years) and make about Rs 4 - 9 lakhs, per month, on an average. Yes, there may have been one - two offs months, wherein I may have earned less than Rs 4 lakhs. And ofcourse, there is no bonus happening here in this model, like the law firms...
You're doing well. I have been independent since 2014 and averaging 20-30 lakhs per annum ever since. Not a good scene. My friends drive 20-30 lakh rupee cars, and I no longer have a car. Plus I have bad debt. I need a FUCKING miracle to pull me out of this shit.
your highness, you asked for validation here it is. Yes you are better well off than 99.9% indians and probably in the world. Senior engineers and even doctors make that much in an year. And so do 90 percent of lawyers.

May i ask you this. How much do you pay your juniors?

Why do you pay them so low?
Why this Kolaveri di ? Why is the payment to juniors material here, and one wouldn't know whether the pay scale is low or otherwise ?
