Shinoj is one of the most liberal partners in terms of giving you PPO interview offer. If you're not getting a PPO call, it's probably because you're not from one of the top NLUs, are too young or screwed up majorly.
That said, in terms of work hours and demanding nature, it is at par with any other typical law firm. Not a "chill team" if that's what you are looking for.
Not looking for a chill team as such. Just a good and very understanding team! Do they directly give ppo if i have completed my third year or will they first offer call-back/assessment internship if I performed well?
