I would appreciate it if someone could point out which sub-fields (PE-VC, M&A, Cap Markets) do these firms focus on so that I can learn more and focus on them.
What things should I do to improve myself in different aspects in law school?
I am aware that corporate law is a very broad term and I should focus on what I like but I can't quench my curiosity after reading articles about students who got Training contracts and keep wondering how they forged themselves and built their profiles/CV :)
Also, I am a partial dropper (Left a T-3 NLU to join a T-1 NLU) and wanted to enquire whether it will hurt or extinguish my chances of getting a TC/ VS from these firms.
Please excuse my naivety if I asked some stupid question and feel free to correct me.
Thank You
