On the contrary, I think most girls in my law firm look good. Most girls take care of themselves and try to maintain their looks. Why do boys not do the same?
Surprising that women are fit tho. I too am at a T1 and 90% of my team here panting if they have to walk a little fast. Can’t blame them (or actually I can) tho- smoke breaks every two hours, chugging Coke just because it’s free and kept in the pantry, leaving office late and then ordering Swiggy because quick bite and the list goes on.

Your body can take stress and junk food till you are 30, but if you continue after that your looks, health and fitness will be irreversibly damaged. So quit law firm life by 30 or be prepared to look like the goblins in Harry Potter movies. Plus diabetes and heart disease.
Women (both intelligent and beautiful) actively chase men with big money. For men, money, to a good extent maturity matters.
Looks - as long as they are not having ▮▮▮ doesn't even matter.
The most prettiest women and the most intelligent women are out in the market to get these guys.
But for women, looks matter a lot, big time. Because looks are one of the most important criteria for men. Men are visually simulated (even the intelligent types) whereas women are mentally simulated and consider multiple other factors.
This means, especially for men in big firms they have too many options to choose for without even improving themselves.
It's not the same for women. No man runs after a girl for her 30LPA salary. But women do run for men with that.
Seen ugly men making big money getting pretty model type girls. Rarely seen the opposite.
It's a question of incentives for these men. Which there isn't any.
You want good looking matured men? Look for someone in 33's to 40 range. Lots of matured handsome men.

Go for a handsome man who is earning less than you, you will easily find some handsome guy.
But not everyone agrees with these standards. For example, Chitrangada Singh fails conventional standards because of her dark skin but I think she’s stunning. There are also some girls who look beautiful despite wearing specs. So even dark girls or specky girls can be beautiful for some and they can find conventional beauties to be plastic bimbos.

Answer to OP - Why are you obsessed with men making lakhs of rupees. If you want you could go for a handsome man - look for some other professions. There are many handsome Litigation lawyers, but why don't you go for that. It's all about money for you.
