We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

Do you solemnly agree to all of the above?
Have you learnt undue influence in contract law? Where there is still mutual consent ( unlike mistake), but not FREE consent. Consent means you say an unequivocal yes to a particular sexual act for with the intention to derive pleasure and engaging in the act, not some ABC reason. Consent here is contingent on a favor by a person in power. Never heard of couch selections in bollywood?
You do know that most indian courts recognize sex with the promise of marriage and not agreeing to the latter as rape?
U guys this ek international women's day per social media spams aur cringe speeches/ cars/ gifts are enough?

No, the associate has the upper hand in the power spectrum as they make the conscious decision to get the intern the job. So he has the privilege here. He doesn't have to have the sex to make the decision, he can do it otherwise. He is therefore engaging in the act, for the pleasure of sex, thereby assuring consent from his side. The intern cannot get the job without the associate making the decision and therefore is engaging in the act not for pressure but under the need for the decision, which is not consent to the pleasure, making it rape. Ofc unless it becomes some epstein scandal, Noone is gonna prosecute this.
Also how pathetic are u to take time and draft a paragraph justifying sex for job?
Keep your miserable cat lady/ white knight opinions to yourself and let people be.
My wife is happy she is married to a capable and assertive man who went for her and got her when he had the chance. I'm happy I went for it and got a woman like her and don't regret a day in my life.
You lot can sit there being miserable and crying about other people's happiness and putting them down.
Women want honesty and women want courage. Not this weak alpha male posturing. I bet when people bring you up your parents change the subject.
Some girls like older men, some younger, some much younger :) ^!^
She came that evening, 'warmed' things up. Was expecting help for a PPO.
