Sudhir wants even faculty to mark biometric attendance outside class, that's just degrading. His other policies are also way too controlling and he rarely embodies the very freedom he espouses in his academic writing.
On the other hand - nls classes and campus anyone can just walk in or walk out. Haven’t seen many guards around campus at all - they’re just at the gates. And they’re nice - they don’t have an antagonistic attitude. And there’s no baggage check or freaking bomb sniffing dogs. Y’all have no Idea what you’re talking about. Come stay here for a week- you’ll go back home crying.
Sudheer and Rajkumar has two completely different working environments; Sudheer is running a reputed legacy PSU, Rajkumar is running a cash rich private but listed company; Rajkumar can literally do anything (Hire Obama/Tharoor ?? - Could, Decrease or Increase Salary of X faculty Could Build a heated swimming pool ? Cool) Sudheer has a more restrictive environment; he has to follow 100s of government formalities while doing anything.
Sudheer would be getting 30LPA max, while Rajkumar will be 1 Crore +
