2. Yes, most of the tier 1s have a securities regulatory team (either separate from the capital markets team or under its garb)
3. Juris Corp, Finsec, Regstreet, K Ashar, MDP & Partners, Crawford Bayley, Wadia Ghandy; then slowly shift to Trilegal, Khaitan and other tier 1s
4. Commercial litigation is very different from securities litigation and the 2 ought not to be jumbled. Nonetheless, it would be wise to get into the disputes team of a tier 1 and then one can think about specializing in a particular niche after 3-5 years of experience.
I am in 3rd year (last sem), so I was having FOMO but reading your suggestion makes me thikk in a long term perspective.
