In general, the more 'isolated' a society is , the more exploitation. Calcutta bar is a closed group. You can get in , but not get out and continue to slog for little or no pay with no option to EXIT after a few years. In comparison, Delhi and Bombay Bar is a bit flexible and has better pay in average atleast after 2-3 years in a Chamber.
Calcutta MP HC Bar , Jharkhand Bar - These smaller states have very tight circle . Avoid if first generation .
