Bump, heard they are hiring for transactions team
Also, how is the pay at KCO Kolkata, is it similar to its other offices? How does Argus Kolkata compare in terms of pay and work-life balance?
You mean transaction work doesn’t involve litigation and/or RE chapters? Also, comparing KCo with Argus, seriously?

You are better of doing check lists in the name of transactions. Cool.
Someone in the family (who has achieved significant heights in the corporate world) knew Haigreve. Despite having barely 5 internships during 5 years at law school (and without an internship at any Tier I) I was hired by KCO. So you can definitely try your luck.
Don't you need to show your whistleblowing skills?
How's their Litigation Team (Disputes Resolution) in Kolkata? Does this vertical pursue regular Writs, Criminal and Civil matters?
Except NDA and TTA, they actually replicate international practices and solely consider merit. Even if you may know Mr. Desai himself, you need to prove merit.
I myself had done the same years before, though from NUJS.
Would it be prudent to cold email a Partner in this regard to inquire about the position of Junior Associate or Associate?
How is the cultue of work at KCO Kolkata?

Does KCO Kolkata entertain unsolicited applications for the positions of Associate or Junior Associate? If so, how to apply for such position(s)?
