If simply throwing money at an institution would have made it great, then Jindal would have been producing the best students by now. Newsflash, they aren't.
But surely student quality has improved some over the years, even if top NLUs are still first choice. If so, then given time + more money, student quality could continue improving at well-run institutions with billionaire money?
Not really, because more money doesn't mean less student fees in this case. The model with 800 plus students every batch is never going to produce quality except as exceptions.
No student quality has declined over the years because they keep increasing the number of students to make more money.

The total batch size is more than 500. In addition, there are the 3 Year LLB students.
