Looks like the case. I have 3+ PQE, and yet, am currently unemployed. I really need a job, wish someone could help. (Applied to firms, rejected at interviews, everytime I am told lack of experience, it is frustrating, they could have chosen to not interview me if they felt I didn't have the experience, why interview and then reject, plus, if everyone says more experience, when will I ever grow). Feels like a struggle from which there is no way out, and this, after pretty much being asked to leave my previous job.

1. They will be bailed by governments pretty soon, smaller banks by larger banks, not much concern for us normal depositors.

2. Not gonna really effect us considering the shift in dependence to the west

3. Has always been happening, failed to materialise due to impasse over an impending very costly war

4. Medical Experts have stated yesterday, that the cases will peak in the next ten days. It is of no concern as the vaccines are effective against the new strain as well.

5. Rise of AI, many companies just following the others and cutting costs, how will it affect lawyers?

There are quite a lot of legal developments in the recent budget sessions- Competition bill, data protection, crypto, space policy, gaming policy, foreign investment, tariff and non tariff measures, overhaul of GST and Tax policy,. Some interesting judgements will reach closure in the next month before the vacations- gay marriage, Karnataka Bill, death penalty review

No we are not, don't be so pessimistic like the morning media. Statistics and Facts would show that we(Indians) are currently living in the most happy and convenient time that anytime in all of history. Stop cribbing and grab a drink with your pals.
