Monthly - 3.5 X 12 = 42 lacs
+ Bill share - 12% of what ever you bill. Lets say you bill 2 cr in a decent year = 24 lacs
+ Annual bonus - 14 lacs (this one I am not sure about and am 2nd guessing)
Total 42 + [24] + 14 = 80 lacs
Can go up and down depending on the team/ actual billings and recovery.
