I’m expecting just around 69-70% in 12th boards. Will I face any problem in placement or internship post or while in law school?

Should I give the improvement exam? Or not needed for this field?

I will be going into colleges such as jgls , symbi pune . I am getting 77.4 percent in 12th . The law firms that will come into these colleges are my board marks enough for their criteria . Is there even a criteria for board marks in placements of corporate law firms ??
