I am set to intern at Saraf in July 2023 at their Noida office. Any idea of what their hiring process is like or what are my chances of getting a PPO/callback?

Also could anyone shed light on their experiences working at Saraf Noida?
Avoid saraf. It's easy to get in.

But a very horrible place to work
Many partners have quit Saraf already. Akshay nagpal, gayatri Roy, sacht mathur, ajay , asthaa.
At least one of the above names was explicitly asked to leave.
tbh its the worst of all firms, do not take a toll on your mental health. ppl are so fucking cocky and shit, infact tbh both luthra and saraf are equally pathetic.
Yaar I think I would agree about ppl being cocky. Koi dhang se baat kyu nai karta? Sab lawyers aise hi hote hain T1s mein?
There seems to be a major NLU bias at Saraf. They don't pay stipend to Non-NLU interns, so i'm presuming the hiring scenario is also such.
Does they give PPO in one go, or they ask you for a call back internship or assessment internship?
Dont do that firm doesn’t provide increments. Bonus is delayed.
Then what about jindal peeps , most of the associates here are from jindal itself.
saraf policies are horrible; they have different pay for diff colleges (even when they’re in the same team) avoid at all costs
