Re: chest issues - go see a doctor.
If you are open to teaching, try LLM instead.
Strongly recommend you go to a psychiatrist and address the anxiety you are facing.
You will be in a better position to make decisions when your anxiety is controlled.
Believe me when I say that no matter what the outcome, you will be fine. You just need to take care of yourself and being in a mental state to do what needs to be done.
Don't ignore your mental health.
I am now 28, non NLU , no friend circle due to UPSC prep cycle.
Now considering to do LLB again from GLC Mumbai for sake of employability. I am not a mumbaikar by the way.
