3. They usually join at the partner level at a lower-tier firm. for example, if someone is a principal associate at tier 1 then its not very difficult for them to join as a partner in some tier 2
2. Does everyone who continues the corp path becomes a partner at some time ? Is there a fixed no. of years after which everyone becomes a partner ?
3. What happens to career of those who are not promoted to partner role despite much experience ?
