Go for higher pay, but also do the math on where you will save more. Each meal and cab ride will dent your savings. There's also the "closer to home" aspect, so pick the job accessible from home (assuming you want to be closer to home cue kun faya kun)
IMHO, No such thing as "will joining X hamper my future changes at Y" because the world is dynamic. All we have are patterns of the past which become shaky precedents for our decisions, but these should not be mistaken as actual roadmaps for the future. Good luck.

If you're intent on working in a firm, I'd say join Yes Securities and then keep applying to firms. You'll have a higher starting salary and that is something recruiters tend to judge your potential by.
