But exactly what does this agreement entail? It's easy to make grand utterances that these agreements "gives the firm full control of the lawyer's life, including unlimited access to each lawyer's bank accounts, passwords and medical records." To clarify, I don't doubt that this characterization might be accurate (even though it does seem to be a bit of an embellishment).
The answer to this question would be a lot more helpful than a generic statement.
