Several litigation firms in Mumbai and Delhi hire graduates from the traditional 3 years law course. Check out the old firms in Mumbai and the AoR firms in Delhi for opportunities. I am sure there are firms in other cities also which hire 3 years course graduates. You need to provide more information (like city, area of law etc) here and do your research on legallyindia and LinkedIn for better leads.
