Maybe some friends could also read your applications and give you some tips.
I have tried applying to numerous firms for an internship, but with no replies for weeks of repeated follow ups.
I have tried contacting some partners and building networks, but sadly no-one even replies or considers, not blaming them, surely they have much more important work.
I've had juniors who get top tier internships and subsequently even PPOs just cuz they have a family member in the family or know someone somehow or for some random reason.
Since my first year I have only focussed on my grades, didn't really do many internships, was this a mistake? [ My grades tumbled later cuz I started focussing on applying to as many places as possible and publications]
And yes I have tried really fing hard making specific cover letters and publishing in places like IRCCL etc.
The RCC only ever considers the top rankers, and I stand no chance.
What am I grossly going wrong with? Should I wait for the placements, where again only the top 10 rankers are shortlisted. Should I shift to litigation, start preparing for UPSC/ Judiciary? I have hell loads of debt for law school and I don't know what to do or where to go for help.
Can someone take sometime out of their timetables to guide.
