I am currently studying in a NLU after the 2022 CLAT (June) exam, and I too come from a tier-2 private college. Upon my enrollment I found the study schedule to be quite hectic because once the classes start, you'll get too much engaged in the course work such as writing quality papers, academics etc.
I suggest you get a hold of or at least have someone write your papers beforehand as soon as you select your topics, also much time goes in research for the dissertation, and being an NLU they don't compromise on the quality of work that goes into it.
Being a one-year course, the time goes by so quickly that you won't even notice.
At last, I strongly suggest you get a word with someone who is already in the same boat as you.
other than that choosing any top-5 NLU is fine because they all are equally rigorous when it comes to academics, yet for a better option I suggest NUJS
Can someone talk to me about the LLM experience in India? What is it like? What kind of academic investment does it require, and out of NUJS, GNLU, NLUJ, NLIU - which one is a better option? (Leaving nalsar and nls because they're obviously the best). Which nlu will provide best opportunity to balance my judiciary prepration with the academic requirements?
