I can tell u what worked for me. First publish any crap you have written till now in a paid journal, there are many who will publish anything for money . That gives u motivation that u can write too. then start writing for lowly blogs, try writing/ publishing in low profile blogs which can easily publish. if u aim directly to publish in oxford, then wont be possible. i.e. try publishing in ipleaders first, then move to SCC, manupatra and then livelaw, etc. other nlu blogs.
"Start" that is the key, no one is noble laurete here.
Half yearly college assignments are when I do end up writing a bit but even that's more CCP.
