Ever since the release of the clat results, I had a question that was pestering me.
I got 97.25 marks, and AIR 90-96 (not specific due to privacy concerns) and was curious whether I have a chance at NLSUI or will i get get NALSAR?
I am male, general quota, no horizontal reservation.
Also how significant is the difference between these 2 colleges in terms of alumini network, infrastructure, faculty and placements.

Don't know if Sudheer & Co has thought this through... the general tone at LI has been that they only listen to themselves!
I know of some institutions, where the common subjects are taught in large halls, by marque profs so that who ever wants to can attend it... but this approach may lack the personalised approach that NLS is famour for (Is that still the case or this info is outdated?)
There are no easy answers, but guess open mind and patience from all is required if this logjam is to be broken... so that the students get the best and not suffer for no fault of thiers.
NALSAR is a better option than NLS, NLSs overreliance on it's so called legacy has in a way inhibited it from growing at a good pace, NALSAR on the other hand has grown rapidly in the last few years...and is going to continue growing. The location of NALSAR is one of the few demerits.
