And go through the Rules of the HC where you intend to practice at
- Be completely thorough with your procedural laws. Learn as much of the Procedural Codes that you can. Possibly also go through your HC's practice directions.
- Go through some good drafts of pleadings and get a grip over how to draft. Learn how to draft a document from scratch rather than copy-pasting from an already drafted template.
