Can you tell me if you know how's the lawSikho course for SQE?
There are people who can help you with it like Dhanya Mallar and Ingemmar Hunnings.
Indian lawyers with 2 years of work experience can comfortably get SQE2 exempted, by following the steps provided on the SRA website.
Anyone has experience with applying for SQE exemption?
Nono, don't worry, only the beta version is currently behind a password for testing purposes... :)
Sorry sorry, now fixed, promise! (we're still bug hunting on the new platform)
I think (pls correct me)
The SRA had specifically mentioned than an Indian degree is not a recognised qualified degree and hence is not eligible for exemption (even the US JD is not lmao)
So that's gonna have a username and password? Mod, don't ruin LI PLEASE
Sorry, that was an accidental link to the beta nearly-ready-for-launch version of the new commenting platform. Have corrected the link...
Clicking on this link asks for Username and Password. What to do?
