Move out of Delhi.
You didn't ask about indoors, but having a good night's sleep without pollution may also help even when leaving the next day. Smart Air https://smartairfilters.com/in/en/ or Xiaomi or others make some slightly cheap air purifiers (but the bigger the better generally, if you have a bigger room).
Like every year, Delhi post diwali is dying for good air. I am a practicing advocate here and since the courts have now recently reopened after vacations, all advocates are back to the usual grindd
But i noticed that I feel a little difficulty in breathing while traveling outside because of the smog that has once again enveloped the city. I also get a little headache when out for prolonged period of time and I am running out of breath even for short runs in between courts (especially in the lower courts).
Please let me know of any good masks that I can buy to get some relief. I saw online that many companies like LG and Phillips have now come out with air purifying masks but they are hella expensive. And I am confused with the number of types, categories of masks that are available online for this problem.
I know a doctor would be able to guide better (and I will try to consult him), I figured asking fellow advocate brother and sisters may also be helpful.
Thanks in advance. Any help is greatly appreciated.
