Company law: listing this as the third item because this one is VERY vast and the kind of questions you get will depend on what's in your CV, the work the team does, recent developments and whatever just happens to be on the partner's mind at that point. But it's a good idea to be clear on basics of corp governance (when is a board resolution enough and when is a shareholder resolution needed, oppression+mismanagement) and fundraising/finance (provisions relating to share capital, dividends, issuance of debentures). You can also consider reading a primer each on SAST regulations and IBC, unless they feature in your CV, in which case you'll have to do them thoroughly.
Also, oldies unfortunately insist on provisions, so you'll have to memorise the sections. Good luck!
