Previously, the pepetrator, upon being complained about, went to the HR [...]. The HR got softened and cajolled the complainant into withdrawing the complaint.
The perpetrator hasn't learn his lesson yet [...]
The problem is that a couple of his [...] team members find it 'cute' - causes agony to all the other female associates
Or they see there is nothing harmful being done or said, and they just get on with their jobs. While a [...] continually goes off anonymously on the internet after leaving with a grudge and feeling bad you don't represent all the women in the world.

What's the complaint about?

Is it about some microaggressions or physical sexual harassment or assault?
You don't have to name the perpetrators. Atleast describe what he did. He said she said doesn't work. Or is it another fake complaint?

At a Trilegal retreat a few years ago, a famous corporate partner from the Gurgaon office was accused of sexual harassment by multiple women (a collective complaint was made/multiple witnesses and victims). But Trilegal management was keen on saving this rainmaker at all costs. The saddest thing was that the Firm fired off the shoulders of one it’s biggest women partners. Since then, all talk of Trilegal’s inclusive workplace has been bumkum.
Again he said she said nonsense.

Atleast explain what was he explained of.

Sexual Harrsment can mean anything these days.
It seems like you've been using the phrase "he said she said" without really knowing what it means. You're using it to ask for details. Even if the details are given, buddy, things will still remain "he said she said" on this forum because you're not going to see any other evidence here, because it's a freakin online forum.

Now please stop spamming with the same comment everywhere and let this serious discussion be a serious one.
There was a sexual harassment complaint against one of the then associate of KCO. He’s now a PA. Pls enlighten me with what’s the point of these complaints
So does every tier one firm in India apart from the possible exception of trilegal.
Complaint doesn't mean he was found guilty? Correct me if I'm wrong please.

If you think KCO investigation was shoddy / not serious enough, that's a completely different thing (and more serious) than what you allege
