I am planning to purchase an HP OMEN Laptop for office work. I am working in a Tier 2 firm. Heavy work load.
Price is 1.25 lakhs.

It's a gaming laptop. It's powerful.
On the weekends I am a gamer.
In total I will be using this 12 hrs *365 days for office and work. Will this laptop suffice?
Any suggestions. How many years will this laptop last? I am not financially good.

Another option is buying a cheap / second hand laptop for work, and getting yourself a second-hand gaming desktop for the weekends. Another advantage is also you can theoretically do gaming while you are also on a video call, without your video / framerate lagging... :)
What LI suggested is not the best way to go about it, since I assume you already have an okayish laptop from which you're currently working from and it isn't worth spending that much if you're not even getting a good feedback from the keyboard throughout the week.
With that specs, it would take A LOT of time to become outdated. So, I speculate as long as you're able to preserve the body it would be fine :)
Heck I have been working from home so much these days, working on my PC has become a habit because of the 27inch screen.
Buy an office laptop - INR 50-60K
Total = INR Max INR 1.2 lakhs.
1.2 lakh gaming laptop will be problematic for you. It will make working on the device look like a chore because your mind associates laptop with pleasure.
Don't mix the two to keep your productivity high.
Plus a 43 inch screen for gaming on a console is nothing like it. Now GPU power per rupee value for money comes from console gaming, not from PC.
You won't regret it.
Would recommend assembling a gaming desktop. It's much cheaper, sturdier and upgradeable (subject to your choices in assembly). You can also connect it with your TV to play all the games you want.
